We would like to thank Escape Travel for getting us out of a miserable predicament in Paris.  My wife and I, after a long tiring trip, were scheduled to fly out of Madrid, via Paris, on our return trip to Canada when we got caught in a labour dispute that affected the first leg or the journey.  OUr flight was initially cancelled, then rescheduled but arrived too late in Paris for our connecting flight to Toronto.  This happened on a Tuesday and we were told by our carrier that no seats would be available until the following Monday.  Needless-to-say, we were not happy with this news. Initially, we tried to resolve the problem on our own but after 24 hours of frustration we finally called Joe Elia at Escape Travel.  Within a matter of hours, Joe had contacted both the airlines involved, plus spoke personally to the supervising agent of our carrier at the Charles De Gaulle airport and managed to get us on the very next flight home.  This was a level of professionalism and dedication (to clients) that was exemplary.  To top it off, Joe even successfully took on the task of recovering from the first carrier, our out of pocket expenses while stuck in Paris.  We commend Joe and Escape Travel for their care and concern.

As you know I have been using your services for the past four years for both my business travel and my family vacations.  As I fly approximately once a month I deal with your team on a regular basis and I must say they are polite, friendly and efficient!

On a trip to Hawaii last year I left my passport on the plane and only realized I had lost it once I was at the hotel.  After several failed attempts trying to reach Air Canada to tack it down I called you.  Remarkably you were able to contact the folks at Air Canada and find our passports that I had left on the plane and put me in touch with someone ro reclaim them. I don't know how you did this, but if it wasn't for your quick actions my husband Bill and I would have been stuck in Vancouver and not able to continue on our way to Hawaii!  As well,

I have been on four incentive trips through my employer that you have organized and they have all been fabulous!  You always go above and behond to make sure that everyone has a great time and at the same time you make sure we were safe and secure including airport transfers, luggage tags, departure times from the hotel and providing great information before the trip to help us plan!

I would highly recommend Escape travel for business travelers as well as families looking for that special vacation!  Thanks for all you do for me, your excellent service, follow-up, and attention to detail are second to none!
